Meet our founders…
Troy and Nicole Roberts
After working for international non-profit organisations in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, we met, married and founded RAW in 2013. Living and working in Phnom Penh for 8 years, our two daughters spent their first years growing up there and we absolutely loved life, food, people, motorbikes and all things Cambo. The early years included bringing together an incredible local and international RAW Crew to join us on the journey.
We’re now based in Toowoomba, Qld, the home of RAW’s head office in Oz, where we work alongside many of our Aussie Crew.
We continue to share a huge heart for the people of Cambodia, and for the Elders we work with here in Oz, after launching RAW’s On Country program with First Nations Australians in 2020. This incredible cultural program has opened our eyes, taught us many truths and built lasting connections.
We’re hugely excited about RAW’s big vision and being part of the future that’s going to change more lives, impact more countries and no doubt continue to change our own family of five along the way.
